Coda

Coda
No not a Textmate or Dreamweaver user here. Coda does everything I need and more – text editing, ftp, snippets, easy to create plugins – while staying lightweight and fast.

FreeAgent

freeagent
I couldn’t run a small business without this, FreeAgent actually makes accounting fun by removing the pain. The team behind it are first class, always active and very responsive to issues and suggestions. (Here’s a 10% off code for your readers: 318y2doy).

Firefox

firefox
Need a say anything? I’ve used Safari, Opera, Chrome but every time I end up back with Firefox. You just can’t beat it for web development.

Photoshop

Photoshop
Yes sadly I use this bloated Adobe app. I never liked the Fireworks font handling or its interface, Gimp just doesn’t cut it and other apps are too focused on photo editing or filters.

Dropbox

Dropbox
Another app I couldn’t do without. I use this daily to manage, backup and sync work files. You can get up to 5GB free and again the team behind it are first class.

Finally, I can’t not mention HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP, MAMP, Quicksilver, Fever, and Postbox.

Site Photoshop Killer can tell you whether the image was Photoshopped. Just submit the suspicious image and you can get the result. JPEG file’s exif tags are used to do such classifications.
