2009 is here and it should be rockin’!

First off let me say that  we would like to wish you all a Happy New Year and hope that it will be a great one for all our TWS readers! As you might have noticed, we have taken a nice long break here at TWS over the holidays and now we feel refreshed and ready to rock 2009! We hope you had a great holiday and loads of great gifts too …. What did you get?

As you may (or may not) know, The Web Squeeze has been online for almost a year now (February 13th, 2008) and we are very happy on how it’s turning out so far… but it’s not enough! We want to give and offer you guys more and we have quite a few projects in the works that hopefully will be helpfull to our readers. Our community has grown more than we had ever expected when we started this journey and we couldn’t be more happy about that as well. But again … it’s not enough! We hope to bring some exciting features to our members in the coming months so be sure you stay tuned for that.

This month should see the coming of a few tweeks in the design. The design in itself will remain the same; the red, the white, the strawberry… all that is staying. But we’ve notice a few things with the current design that we think needs a bit of TLC. We’ve received some great feedback and we’ve been hammering at this version 2.5 for some time now.

Part II of our “From Photoshop to WordPress” series should be coming your way at the end of this month (at the latest, early next month). This one will deal with Coding so all of you looking at how to get your PSD to actual HTML will love this.

We are also hoping to get a few great guest writers to write for us! And, by the way, if you have an article you’ve been sitting on and don’t know what to do with it, just give us a shout! We will happily post it here on The Web Squeeze for you!
