With this role change I am obviously left with a problem. How will websites and logo's be designed? This is where you come in.

The process will be as follows.

- I will receive a project and establish the needs and wants of the client
- This information will be passed on to you who will create a website mock up or provide several logos.
- This will be fed back to the client and input will be recieved
- You will then be required to make the necesicary changes.
- The final design should be provided to me in .psd format along with sliced web ready images.

What I am looking for.

I am looking for 3 designers. 1 logo designer and 2 layout designers. The logo designer must have proven experience creating logos. If you do not have this experience then you will not be selected. For layout designers, I am looking for people that can create visually attractive websites. Someone that is up to date with the latest web trends. Most importantly, someone that understands what the website is for, what the client wants and can create something that meets these needs.

The Work Availible

Currently there is no work, I am finishing my current projects then working on rebranding my website. I would expect new projects to start rolling in late May, early June. I will be recieving 2-6 clients a month requiring websites of various complexity. By applying and accepting this role you will be creating a working relationship where design work will be put your way.

Copyrights and Ownership

You will own the copyright to the design and can display it in your portfolio. At the same time you will agree that the design/logo will be exclusive to the clients website and not be used on any other website. You will also agree that the design can be changed and modified in any way by my company or associates of my company. We can agree on the specific terms and create a contract once selected.

Payment

You will receive a percentage of the deposit at the start of project. The remainder of your balance will be paid as milestones are completed and money is recieved from the client.

You can see how I want it. I have listed below my original requirements to help you out.

The first one was built using a circle graphic The follow parameters are required.

minimum circle size (decimal)
maximum circle size (decimal)

minimum speed
maximum speed

minimum angle
maximum angle

minimum opacity
maximum opactity

circle spawn speed (per second)

The circles should be able to overlap, should use random sizes opactity, speed and angles as specified by the abover parameters. The images should start below the stage and be removed when they leave through the top.

This is about an hours work for someone good with flash. There is no rush to develop this. If someone could do this for free that would be great. Otherwise I would prefer to do a skill swap as opposed to pay in cash.

It needs to be able to be integrated into a content management system, and each image on the scroll bar needs to be a link as well as it will take the user to the product page of selected product.

I want it to move smoothly on hover ONLY over the direction arrows, i.e it doesn't move one image at a time.

I am a poor college student, and so I don't have much money. I would rather not pay more than maybe 20 bucks for this, given that it shouldn't take more than 10 min. to program. I can do paypal (or I suppose send you a check in the mail if you would rather.) Please tell me how much you would charge instead of just assuming I am going to pay that much, because if it costs much then I'll probably opt to keep whining about it until someone does it for free just to shut me up. Also, while I think it could go without saying, I'm not going to pay for this unless it actually works. So worker beware? I just need to cover the applet while it loads and the first ball toss is thrown. And it just needs to be compatible for ie and nothing else. So, that is what the contract is for, and the iframe shim is the only and easiest way to do that so far as I know. Also, it needs to all happen locally, because the computers we will be running people on are actually going to be offline.
