Im trying to create a CSS pop-up menu and cant figure out how to code the display: none and display: block. and how to nest the divs to get the pop-up to work.

Here is the website Chilterns Airports London, and you can see the div and where i want it to be. my codes not right to get it to pop up as i hover over the first menu item.

Any ideas? Thanks guys

Pardon me if I am not answering you here!
May I suggest another solution here by not using CSS but with JQuery, a "language" that is being crazily used now :)

This is just an alternative for you.

OH yes i already had JQuery in mind. I just wondered if it were possible without being too hard in CSS.

But after talking to Rich97 yesterday while eaglery trying to shoot zombies, I realise that its gonna be easier to use JQuery

I'm not sure you heard but I also said it's possible.

You can try using Stu Nichols ultimate pure css menu or GRC Pure css menu the problem here is the licences. Stu Nichols script is relatively easy to adapt but he requires you to email him and "donate" to CSS Play on commercial sites. If you can work it out the GRC menu is completely free to do whatever you like but it required a lot of head scratching for it to work if you can afford it go for Stu Nichols as he's the one that came up with the idea originally and he deserves the credit.
