I am having a bit of a problem aligning my < li > stuff in my sidebar.
In FF, they looks great, but in IE, something is just wrong!

Any CSS fix for this king of padding issue?
Thanks..

Is this just IE7 you're talking about? As you seem to have a MUCH worse problem in IE6 The right hand side col is too big for it to fit inside of your container and it is causing it to float under the page content.

I can't offer a solution right now, but your best bet would be to:

Delete related sections of CSS. Particularly those with width, margin and padding specified and related to the right column >
Ctrl + S >
Refresh >
Look to see if that resolves problem >
Ctrl + Z >
Ctrl + S >
If problem was solved delete a smaller section and repeat >
If not try deleting other sections of code until problem is solved >
Repeat until you have isolated exact line of code that is causing problem.

The idea is to isolate any areas which may fix the problem. Once you have found that line of code try tweaking it's value, I found with these float/margin/padding errors that it's extremely hard to solve without effecting other browsers so you will most likely need an IE specific stylesheet.

Sorry I can't help further, but these kind of errors are ridiculously hard to pinpoint without messing with the code. :(
