Pin Dashboard Menu In Wordpress

Somehow managed to unpin the menu on the left hand side of the WordPress admin page, so everytime I navigate to new post, new page, settings etc it minimises the menu to a tiny bar with just icons.

Does anyone have any idea how to get it back to the full size menu permanently, it's driving me mad!
