I have an avatar that really just stares to the left of you. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas using my character, EGTman. You can animate the character or you could redraw him.

Just have fun.

Of course the winner [the best one] goes on my avatar, and I get many to chose from. I hope!

I don't know too much about animating, but the only way I can see you could animate him from a 1 frame gif is to re-draw each frame. If you had the orignal file he was rendered from?
