As you'll see by my image below. I come up #1 for one of my keyword phrases... BUT above me is all kinds of other businesses on the map. When did this happen? And how do I get my business listed with an arrow pointing to ME!!

Do you have your working location listed on your site -- the address that is? Google can read addresses and point to them on the map. You can also add the location of your business yourself through Google maps.
