Have you thought of going on a site like rentacoder or elance? 30 pounds is quite a good payoff to what soem people expect to pay for work on there biggrin.gif

I think you should be careful though if you are having the content written for your own site, you lose a touch of personality. I have seen your writing coming along and I don't think you are too far from writing it yourself. In your shoes, I would write the content and then offer the 30 quid for someone to tweak it for you -- it will help you keep your style on the site content.

Just look at what others are writing on their own sites and re-word it!

Yeah I agree with Karinne.

All web design sites basically have the same kind of content, selling themselves, giving information etc.

What would I would recommend is looking at other sites, getting a basic idea of what to write.

A google search is also helpful here, http://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+writ...lient=firefox-a , and when you have some content thrown down, given it a few tweaks, read a few articles and abused a few thesaurus', then submit your site for a review of the content, see where we can help you out wink.gif

This method not only improves your own content writing skills, but it also makes your site "yours", not some content writers wink.gif

Seriously write the content yourself and be yourself... don't swear at your customers but write a punchy content. If you write serious corporate content, when users get in touch they expect to meet a man in a suit. For some reason I get the feeling that this isn't you.

Be a bit fun, be a bit different and before you post it spell check it and ask other people to read it. The key to good content isn't what you think, its what your visitors think. If a visitor can understand what you do and what you can offer then you have succeeded.

Its only worth paying for content if you have a few hundred pounds to blow on a seriously good content writer.
