This is unpaid work.

With that out of the way. I am running an emerging gaming clan which will expand into a general gaming site, I launched it a few weeks ago and it is growing steadily. My intentions for this website are big. I plan to support multiple games, run blogs, have replays, screencasts and postcasts. It is going to cool.

The problem is that the amount of changes, modifications and developments are.. scary. Especially for one person to do alone. This is where you come in.

I am looking for a young, web standards aware developer. You should be interested in gaming and be motivated to contribute to a live project.

As for web development skills:

HTML [Imperitive]
CSS [Imperitive]
JavaScript [not essential]
PHP [not essential but must be willing to learn]
MySQL [not essential but must be willing to learn]
Photoshop [not essential but a plus]

If you are interested in helping out, getting involved and contributing ideas PM me your msn address and i'll get in touch.
