I'm after a simple bit of code! Basically, my movie has 20 frames. When it reaches frame 10, I want it to randomly jump to any frame between 11 and 20 and stop. Hopefully this should be easy enough!

AS2 or AS3?

AS2 you can do something like this....

Label each frame with a name....

// define a array with all your previously defined labels
labelarray=["scene1","scene2","scene3","scene4"];

// calculate a random index for this array
randomidx = random(labelarray.length);

// jump to the label at the random index
gotoAndPlay(labelarray[randomidx]);

This is a starting point - it should be the same in AS3 minus attaching the button object to the code and creating an event listener for the button....
