How do I make a CSS drop down menu lay above a flash item instead of the flash item blotting it out?

Check out http://www.jasonstanleydesign.co.uk/showcase/qwerty/ in IE7

It's probably z-index: 1000;
cssplay's site has this example.

I think this is just an issue with Flash. I've had this problem before and z-index didn't fix it for me.

You need to change the window mode of the flash to transparent.
