Rotating Text, text in cells

There is an IE-only solution (using filters); but that would be evil. The CSS3 draft includes a module for rotating boxes, but I don't believe any browsers currently implement it.

As english is written l-r - do people automatically put their head on their left shoulder? People automatically feel annoyed. Some will turn their heads; others can read it without moving their heads (I can).
