Does anyone know of any good books, websites or other resources which contains advanced MySQL topics such as database design, JOIN's and other 'beyond the basics' stuff?

The mySQL website is great for that if you don't mind reading developer written API documentation. That's where I always go for advanced info if I get stuck.

Hey Jason,

The best place to look is the online MySQL reference manual, which has info on all of the different versions of MySQL. There are comments below as well that add to the info already in the doc. I own this book: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/index.html, which I'm pretty sure is just a printed copy of the online docs.
