Well as most of you know CS3 has a high pricetag on it. And if you don't qualify for the update version you might want to consider purchasing an older version where you can buy the upgrade version and actually save a good bit of money. Friend of mine just bought Photoshop 7.0 for $30 brand new on Ebay and then got the CS3 upgrade. Saved him $500.

Just a tip.
