Burnt Orange

A traditional fall color, that has so much strength to it I’d suggest using it as an accent color in web design. This example shows how nice it can look with a white background. Probably not the first color you’d think of for a project however the unexpected in this case is really memorable!

Ochre

Ochre could be this falls new neutral. It’s a unisex color because of it’s softness. Since it’s so muted it goes nicely with other neutrals such as gray, brown, navy and black. I personally think ochre and shitake would make a great combination.

Shitake

Shitake is such a rich shade of brown and gray mixed together. Such a versatile color. Try this instead of using a black background. You’ll still get a rich effect but with a more modern twist. Perfect as a base color accented with almost anything. Purple, red, pink, deep greens will all look amazing as will shades of orange, and deep blues.

Withered Rose

Soft pink with brown undertones make this a much less feminine pink. This is another popular shade this fall that blends beautifully with other neutrals such as gray, soft browns, black, and white.

Aurora Red

Want to make a statement? Then start with Aurora Red. A cool red with energy! My personal opinion is that this color would be suited for teen girls, contemporary womens’ sites or other sites that really want to express urgency! This is a fun color I hope I get to use soon.
